By accessing and using Code Lumberjack's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Description

Code Lumberjack provides professional code auditing, security review, and software engineering services for AI-generated and traditional applications.

Our Services Include:

• Code quality and security audits
• Architecture and scalability reviews
• Debugging and troubleshooting support
• Code refactoring and hardening services

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project
• Grant necessary access to code repositories and systems
• Respond promptly to requests for clarification or additional information
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies we share

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

We understand the sensitive nature of your code and business information. All engagements are subject to strict confidentiality agreements:

• Your code and business information will be kept strictly confidential
• We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent
• All team members sign individual NDAs before accessing client code
• Code is securely deleted after project completion

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code and intellectual property. Our recommendations, reports, and any code improvements become your property upon payment.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Refunds are available within 7 days if you're not satisfied with our initial assessment

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We provide recommendations based on industry best practices but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice. You will be charged for work completed up to the termination date.
